I find it incredibly likely for Sanzo to have had bad not-reciprocated sex, and for it to happen either way. One of those badtouch monks from his youth, or him refusing to get off, or being pressured in to it, or being scornful and so hard and still acting contemptuous while Gojyo jerks off, maybe even using his own but refusing to admit that it effects him, and Gojyo is maybe fucked up, but also grinning because he can see and...

I agree though. If he'd had sex, then it was almost defintely bad sex. I think he'd be terrible at it and it might not even occur that he was supposed to be giving someone else pleasure, or even himself.
