We're finally giving in and getting cable tv with phone and broadband as a package. Virgin Media have quite a good deal. I was wondering if anyone is with Virgin Media, and are they okay?
I would say they are as good as any other. For every person who has a good story, someone will have a bad one.
We've had ok service, they've come out on time when needed (reception problems, council grass cutter cutting our cable - gah), we've negotiated better deals every now and then. They do cap the internet, and I'm not happy about this latest jape http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/12/07/detica_visit/ But then they're all at it in one way or another (see Phorm)
