Lovely vid. I was hoping it would be that Prinzen song when I saw the title and it was! I found the lipsynch a bit much at the start, I giggled thinking of Crawford calling Schuldig 'die schönste Sklavin' or 'die Sonnenkönigin' but the blend of b/w and colour was lovely, sust a nice atmosphere.

The lip synching made me laugh as well, but I sort of forgot about it in the end because the vid was so well done. Excuse the non-German speaker here, but what were those things that Crawford was singing to Schuldig?

Mostly they get to sing "Alles schwarz" - "everything is black" (Schuldig gets "schwarz wie meinen Kleider" - "as black as my clothes". I guess he really is colour blind :-)

Crawford calls him "the prettiest slave(girl)" and the "sun-queen". *sniggers* Crawford, you old romantic, you!

I did - it was great! Even the bad bits of animation were sort of cleverly disguised by the video effects.

I like the lyrics, thought they are supposed to be a mild parody of the German goth wave. The whole song, excuse my crappy translating skills, would be:

I got them, thank you! Except they won't play in my dvd player or my pc. Bum. Rather, the songvids and scans I can play on my dvd, but the actual episodes don't show up, oddly. My pc won't recognise the discs even. Could you think of why this might be?

Thanks for them anyway - the songvids were great and the one for Hakkenden (sp?) was absolutely jaw dropping. And the 'shot through the heart' one for Sanzo - how apt.

I might just have to give in and buy the saiyuki anime off ebay.

Crap, I don't believe it. I've put them in files, that's why they don't play on the DVD player, normally I can open files and play them on my own DVD player, but it depends from one to the other.

I'll burn the one DVD with Reload again, without putting the episodes in files, and you can check if it works.
