The work ethic jumped me about 10 minutes later and made me feel so guilty about being at home when technically I can walk, talk and function that I set off to the station on my bike. Then I realised halfway there that I really felt like crap and was being silly so I cycled home again.  And then I saw your very convincing arguments for staying at home and felt better. I think I might have to invest in some heavy-duty cold remedy.

And you'd better stay home tomorrow as well! That and medication should at least get you better by Monday. I can't believe you actually set out on your bike, tsk tsk! Good thing you came to your senses on time! *kicks work ethic*

I know, I'm silly. I have the rest of the week off now - my boss was very kind on the phone. Go me! So, what shall I do now? *g*

I feel guilty as well when being home sick, but it's really no use to do your work when not able to concentrate and then be miserable during the weekend as well.
And do what you want, watch tv, write, read, as long as you take it easy!
