I think that white hatted patissier is very sweet, and his dedication makes me want to irrationally burst into tears. It doesn't look much like Rafa though, although it does capture something of his expression around the eyes, no?

That is entirely mental. I'm not 100% sure I want to lick it. It looks a bit weird. Any excuse for a nice Rafa clay montage, though, right? ;D

Yes! That montage was utterly gratuitous, unless it was to demonstrate how Rafa isn't actually made of chocolate.
