daegaer pointed out this useful site - monthly info, which is free and sends you reminders when your period is due. After three decades, I've never managed to keep track of my period, except in the vaguest of ways, usually through recognising the sudden drenching in pre-menstrual tension. I think this could be really useful.

I had to go look at the site even though being on the pill informs me when Things Will Be Happening. Ha! I love living in the IT age, it's so wonderful, yet slightly insane.

It's ideal! Who can be bothered to track their period? Let the machines do it for us.
