What not to wear
Oct. 25th, 2007 02:42 pmRecently I saw a young woman wearing trousers that had 'NOXIOUS' printed across her backside. Maybe it was a public health warning, I don't know, but people, please consult your dictionary before buying garments with big words on!

There's a cyclist I come across in my biweekly commute sometimes, who has the words "Back Off" and something in very tiny letters, plastered in white on the black arse of her bicycle pants. I'm just not that interested in ogling her bum to find out what the rest says and, besides, I doubt I could read it without causing a major accident.
At least noxious is only two syllables. And there's something to be said for truth in advertising.
