When musesfool asked, someone told her that coffeeandink self-deleted due to a hectic RL schedule. She'll be back before the 30-day grace period on LJ is up, though.

I think coffeeandink is on LJ break due to overwhelming life stuff. It was self-deletion and she should be back. She's a friend of a friend and I checked through my friend and she said she was ok.

I kept getting a signal, and the info box said I was connected, but when I tried to look at the web it also said I wasn't connected! Wow, wow and thrice wow! At least it seems to be back now (oh the horrors! Would I have to actually get my own internets??!?!)

Ahahaha, i spoke too soon! They've passworded their wireless connection. So I had to come into work to continue my internet fight! (Well, ok, I dropped into work to pick up the stuff I thought I'd pick up yesterday while shopping, but I never actually went shopping, which isn't as interesting a reason).

While I'm here, I shuold research broadband, 'cos I ain't going back to dial-up . . .

Going back to dial up would be terrible - imagine how your flist would take to download. It doesn't bear thinking about.

I pay about 17.99 uk pounds (about 26 euro) for mine with Orange, which includes a wireless router, but I think you can get cheaper deals than that.
