Recently I've been working on a short story called 'Wolf's Bane', that I wrote a while ago now. I always thought it was too short, even at the time, but was reluctant to go back and fiddle with it, as fiddling ususally messes things up even more. But, I did anyway, and now I have a story that was finished, but is now half-finished again. Great. I think I'm going to leave it in aspic, and just write a different damn story.
