Tadpoles update

The tadpoles left the pond while we were on holiday. When we left they had legs but no arms and when we came back and they were all gone. Woe.

But last night, after the rain... the froglets appeared!





Sorry he's a bit blurry, but they would keep jumping about...

We saw four or five last night, and several of them managed to get themselves stuck at the bottom of the steps that lead up to our garden. Clearly they'd jumped down, but weren't big enough to jump back up. We went out on two frog rescue mission last night because of this. I couldn't sleep thinking about them being trapped, and there are big spiders down there!
