Thanks for the link to that Knockout Drops translation. You know, every time I start wondering if the fanon presentation of Hakkai has become too twisted/disturbing/wrong it seems Minekura's canon provides something like this to reaffirm that, no, he really is just that messed up. And yet, he remains the kind of train wreck you can't take your eyes off of. *laughs* Well, that and I love Jeep fic, and it was great to see it done canon style, however minutely.

And apparently he bullied Gato and Hazel into coming along with him (okay, it probably didn't take much persuasion BUT). Did he not want to have to deal with Goku? Does he not trust himself?
