What is Sanzo thinking?

You know, in Chapter 22 of Even a Worm, where he suddenly has some sort of realisation. I had an idea.
I took
snowyheart's advice and stared at pages 13 and 14. Sanzo describes the different sutras and what they can do, says he's never seen any of the others in action, then says that only the successor of a Sanzo can make them work, then... dun dun DUN! Sanzo realises something.
I think it might be that he has seen one in action: the Uten sutra that holds power over life and existence. Somehow it's Hazel's amulet. Meaning Hazel must be a Sanzo, either knowingly or unknowingly. Or Ukoku, because it must have something to do with him, might have found some way of putting the power of the sutra into the amulet.
Huh. Does that sounds completely cracktastic?
