All you amazing fen out there - being creative and smart and full of interesting things - you make me feel slighty awed, and like there are so many things whizzing past me that I'll never catch up with. Stop it at once! Or actually, don't, ever. And there never was time to write Aziraphale/Carrie White before the 15th came round. Bum. *throws it back into brainhurting pot, with Xaz/Cancerman*

You might remember that ages ago, I added some automatic feedback forms to my website in the hope that they would encourage people to leave me more feedback. The amount I get from my site is, from comparisons with other people who get impressive amounts, not much. I was averaging about 1 LoC a month. I was quite happy with that, until I saw that others got more (in a thread in [livejournal.com profile] isiscolo's lj, I think): it prompted an unsightly twinge of performance anxiety. The feedback form seems to work, as now I get about 4-5 a month, or 1 a week, nearly. An interesting thing about the feedback form is seeing how many people go to the feedback form page (it's linked at the bottom of each page), and then don't send anything. It's behaviour I recognise from my own habits. Go to feedback form, or open email, type something gushing or lame sounding, think 'I can't send this', close window/email. Result: no feedback. I try very hard not to do that anymore. I eventually get the LoC's from my website in email form, although with the shareware I use they seem to suffer a delay of a few days, or even sometimes a week.

No, but you can still write it! I didn't get around to finishing the Data/Crowley thing either, but I honestly am going to sooner or later. And we need to, like, have a pair of them. Or something. *nods*

I have notes for the Mega Sad Aziraphale/Carrie Fic That Ate My Brain. Are we still allowed to write them anyway? I will then.

I want you to finish the Data/Crowley so much, not only because of the flaming penis (but it's important, I'll grant you) but to make all our terrible jokes worthwhile!

Oh, please write the Data/Crowley! And Louise, please do write Aziraphale/Carrie White - I want to read them both so much!

Excellent, I'm glad you're with me on the general need for at least one Data/Crowley in the world. Because, good.

And Louise, please do write Aziraphale/Carrie White

Yes Ma'am. *hops to it*

Ah, so that's what that form was - I filled it out this weekend and thought "How clever! This must be a really difficult programmy thing!" How did you set it up?

Sigh, yeah - feedback is a grumpy making issue. I try really hard to always comment on something I've liked reading in hopes of receiving likewise as a karmic thing. My heart thrills whenever there's a FF.net email in the inbox :P

Thank you so much for that fb! It was lovely and wonderful and made me very happy, and now I will stop gushing:D

I'll have to rootle out the programme I used - I can't remember it at the mo, although I have it somewhere in all my junk. It's quite simple to install, just a matter of creating a few pages, pasting code and altering the wording to how you want it. I'll get back to you about what I used.
