louiselux: (love actually)

My feet feel nice. I own a vibrating footspa - a *very* unexpected present from my old boss when he left. 'A vibrating footspa? For little old me?' I cried, baffled. I found out a bit later that it was an unwanted present of his wife's. Add to that some mysterious smelly oil I was given for Christmas [Aromessence Ongles anyone?] and a copy of Flaubert's Parrot = lovely, and my feet are tingling gently.

Mmmm, what's been good this week? There are too many things slipping by, but [livejournal.com profile] sandradelete drew some fantastic Good Omens fan art, which all should see - Crowley and Aziraphale in The Simpsons. [eta: sorry, didn't notice it was a protected entry, and have changed the link now.]

It's called the world by [livejournal.com profile] cimorene111 Tim Roth/Gary Oldman rps, NC17. Amazing writing.

Tony Blair turns into Joyce Grenfell by [livejournal.com profile] derryderrydown, capturing the heartwarming story of George and Tony.

Happy, requited gay Victorian soldier love! The Country House by [livejournal.com profile] daegaer gave me a warm fuzzy glow.

Yesterday I was bad and spent too much money on Clinique things, shamefully just so I could get the free box, or coffret as they liked to call it, of eyeshadows and the like. But it's good - the blusher makes me look all glowy. Then, wonderfully, a friend forced his way in to my home and made me drink wine all afternoon. I did get some work done *looks guilty*, and I was a good girl and did some more this morning. And yoga! I did yoga for the first time in months and experienced a lovely feeling of health and stretched-ness. All I need now is to keep on doing it.

My God. Gary Oldman/Tim Roth slash. Didn't know such a thing existed.

Oh, I wanna see Crowley and Aziraphale in The Simpsons, but it's a protected entry! Do you think you could persuade her to post it in [livejournal.com profile] lower_tadfield?
