Operation 'Banish Magnolia' went well today. I finished the bedroom, did the upstairs landing and one half of the stairs and the lower landing. It's not really magnolia though, it's worse, sort of pinky-beige-creamy-yuk colour. The entire flat was painted with it when we moved in. Now it's all going to be white, apart from the bits that are going to be another colour.

Did not one scrap of writing today. Bad Louise. But I did discover a new slash archive, Slashfanfiction.com It has quite a nice interface and at the moment doesn't seem to be used an awful lot. I put one of my Good Omens stories up there.

And now, oven chips! And red booze!

I first read that as "Banish Mongolia," and I was said, because why would you want to banish Mongolia? It just kind of sits there, producing cashmere and dust.

But then I saw that it was magnolia, and that was okay.
