I've written two short things on the train home this week, both GO. Hopefully I'll be able to get them typed up this week, and also spruce up my contrelamontre story from a couple of weeks ago at some point.

Of course, there's the deadline for the SBRL fest coming in a couple of weeks, for which I've written four different beginnings and no middles or ends whatsoever. It doesn't help that the challenge I picked doesn't fit at all with Sirius's fate in OotP, and I don't want to write an AU. I suppose I'll crank up Word this weekend and have another stab at it.

[livejournal.com profile] switchknife wrote some lovely haiku's and one of them was for me!

Also, go and read [livejournal.com profile] daegaer's new Good Omens story, it's a thing of great wonderfulness.

I picked the one that has Remus and Sirius working together at Hogwarts after the second war. Bugger if I know how I'm going to get round that one. Actaully, I lie. I do have an idea - I just don't know if it's going to work.

Oh, I can see why that might be difficult! Actually, understatement there - make it very difficult. I do feel your pain, I was trying to write my take on the classic "Harry goes to live with Sirius and Remus" scenario, and it has now been rendered spectacularly AU. I don't know whether I'm going to go on with it or not. Meh. Padfoot Lives!

Huh. I see your problem too. Maybe Sirius can be reincarnated - as a dog! Actually reincarnation isn't a bad idea, not that I'm going to use it.
