louiseluxHelp! I'm drowning in filing! Of course, it might get done a bit faster if I wasn't messing around on the internet, but you know, *filing*.
It's my last day here tomorrow, and I'm going to fulfill the time-honoured ritual of bringing cakes in, and then after work we're going to the tapas bar across the road for drinks and bits of squid. Not that I'll be eating the squid, mind you. I always make a point of not eating things with identifiable tentacles of any kind. Easy really, when you're a vegetarian.

Date: 2003-07-10 03:20 pm (UTC)They're so fascinating, partly because no one knows how big they get, or how intelligent they really are. I've read reports about divers meeting squid, and having the distinct sense that they were looking into the eyes of an intelligent creature.
