I made bircher muesli yoghurt this morning. Omg, divine! My tummy likes it.

I used a cup of oats, soaked them in a small amount of milk for an hour, then added a few dollops of strawberry yoghurt until it seemed a good texture. Gordon Ramsey has a fancier version where you soak the oats in apple juice and a bit of lemon for increased tarteness, here. Sophie Dahl's recipe looks a bit too lemony for me, and it requires stirring with a wooden spoon.

It's really filling too. I'm not generally a fan of breakfasts that need preparing beforehand as it seems too much faff, but this is worth it.

It's totally a shout out, albeit a subconscious mooky spelling one.

Are you not a fan of porridge? It seems lighter than porridge, even though it has basically the same amount of oats in it.

Ohh, goody! It's healthy and filling - definitely the sort of thing where you don't get hungry by 11am

I'm very much a grab-and-go breakfast person on work days - so I mix raisin bran and yoghurt and dried cranberries and have that. Filling and good for you, to boot!

I may have to try one of those recipes, instead - they look very tasty.

Next time with added bacon?

Going to garden again argh.

If Gulbis loses to this random dude after beating Roger I will be...idek actually. Maybe just amused.

Ooh I use grapefruit juice (I think grapefruits are sweet with the tartness). and I like Greek yoghurt and I must admit I make it unhealthy by adding strawberry jam! ^_^ And sometimes I stick bananas in as well.

*HUGS* - will check links out later.
