I've got a cake base and a ganache, now I just have to make the filling and put the thing together. But first I have to wait for everything to cool. I need a cup of tea.

Date: 2008-12-20 09:12 pm (UTC)I love making a huge one and nibbling at it over several days - it just seems to get tastier. If you mix cottage cheese and mozzarella, and put some on top of each layer of filling (bottom of the dish filling, then cheese mix, then layer of pasta, repeat ending with cheese), it is unbelievably yummy. (And for me, a headache in a dish, so I don't make it too often!)
