It was a strange week. There was a bereavement on Matt's side of the family. It was expected because of a long illness, but still a shock somehow, and very sad. He's been away, helping sort things out. I've been at home, not doing an awful lot apart from work and writing and rewatching the last season of Angel.

My back is getting better - complaining quietly rather than yelling at me. I'm going to the osteopath later today for more treatment.

Oh, work. I had better get back to it.

backache is indeed a pain.
i've been slouching so my back's been acting up
so i sat straight all day today and it is a little better.
