Roger was part of a reception in Basel today to welcome back the Olympic medallists. You can see it here (click on the pictures), where he speaks Swiss German, has perfect hair and is made to hit a giant tennis ball with a matching giant tennis racquet.

I just read on tennisslash that they asked Stan what he did to motivate Roger to play well in the doubles after losing to Blake. And he giggled, and Roger said "He kissed me, okay?".

And now Rafa is going to have to punch Wawa really hard in his cute little face.

Davis cup is next, but there won't be any Roger/Rafa matches, as they're playing in different countries. :(

This is totally delayed, because only now has the internet agreed to let a fraction of the vids load, but oh man, Federer always manages to have interviews that are easy and pleasant to listen to (his Swiss German is so ...understandable and comprehensible XDD). I had no idea that Wrawinka doesn't speak German though, but the french interview was also nice (the music they played for their doubles montage! REM's Shiny Happy People lol what what). Thanks for the heads-up!
