emungere posted her long Saiyuki fic The Happy Pig (Gojyo/Hakkai, NC17).
It's just so beautifully written and with a sort of heartbreaking premise, that Gojyo never met Hakkai until many years after the Minus Wave is over and they saved the world without him. It's the story of how they finally fdo meet. If you enjoy 585 I think you'll really love this story.
