Beached soy sauce fish in the washing up bowl at work. I like the way they are even lying in little puddles.

Only 300 photos to go - well, 299, because this was yesterday's one. It might be one of my favourites so far.

I have to be very tough with myself when we have shushi. The little fish are so cute, they must be useful for something.

It's an amazing picture. Did you use a filter of some kind? The colours are so rich.

The blue of the bowl came out quite strongly in the original photo, so I only needed to increase the saturation by a few points and add a little more blue to make it that intense colour. I increased the contrast a little too, to bring out the fish more.
