Today's photo - a huge bit of billboard. Perhaps not appropriate for the weather that brought it to my door, but appropriate for my mood.

I also put my name down on juleskicks's 'Tell me what to create AnonyMeme', here.

So, um, you tell me what to write (and you can do it anonymously but you don't have to). There's a nice clause about it which says I don't have to necessarily write any of the ideas. Because it's not like I don't have enough ones already. But it's more for kicking ideas about, and having more can't be a bad thing, can it?

Your sign incident reminds me of a scout bike hike I went to when I was 13 or 14. I was a small and un-athletic person and my bike was heavy, so when I felt I couldn't pedal another metre I silently prayed for strength. I used to try to believe in the Christian God at that age, and was hoping to get a powerful spiritual experience to be able to. Some kilometres later there was a huge advertisement on the side of the road. I don't remember what it advertised, but I remember it proclaiming with large, black letters: "You will get strength!" The pedaling didn't get any easier after that, but I was so amazed for a while that perhaps during that time I forgot to think of how tired I was.

As a side note I'm forced to add that this incident didn't turn me into a Christian believer - the first thing I did after turning 18 was to resign from the Lutheran church I was baptized into.
