Well, I feel good today-- less fundamentally achy and I am able to type with very little discomfort, so maybe the cod liver oil is helping, and rest. Also, I'm not stressing about it so much.

I did it! Now I must hide for the rest of my life. Possibly longer.

(I found a really good program for recording, BTW: Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net), which allows saving as mp3, as wav and as ogg (there's a separate mp3 encoder to download, but it does it all automatically).
