I took this one with the self timer. It's a bit overexposed and trying to fix it only made it look odder. Perspective makes my fingers seem enormous. In reality they are tiny paws.

You can see I am ever so neat and tidy. This is some of it. The block of pink on the right is From Eroica With Love, the first manga I ever bought. I hang on to things I will never read again, like Gravitation and RG Veda. Also, will the second volume of Taimashin ever be published? I've given up hope.




The shelves on my desk: at the top are notebooks from when I didn't have a laptop; doujinshi; Saiyuki; books wot help me rite better; The Charioteer by Mary Renault and a rather random other selection of books including Trillions by Nicholas Fisk. Salty Dog 3 is in the lower left, and the head of the standie karose made for me pokes up above it. The card with the kittens who stare at me relentlessly is from daegaer.

Yay, Eroica! Heh, I was going to ask what all the pink ones were. Ooh, and Demon Diary too. Is the Peacemaker Kurogane manga good? I watched the first two episodes with my cousin last weekend. His conclusion: "70% chance of dude-kissing." Also, we were both sure the guy with the pig was a girl for half the first episode.

I like the manga for Peacemaker Kurougane very much, alhough there are only 3 vols so far and no sign of any more forthcoming, which sucks. 95% chance of dude-kissing, I'd say. The guy with the pig I think has had some sort of love affair with the tall manly one, and there is tragedy.

The colour coded books aren't like that from a well developed sense of order but for aesthetics only, I think-- I never know whether to be pleased or disappointed about this.

Ooh, 95%! The tall manly one is really hot. Heh. My poor cousin. I keep springing the dude-kissing on him, completely by accident.

I sort of have the urge to arrange my books by color now, just to see what they'd look like.
