My birthday

louiseluxHey I am all grown up now. I think. Not. My tooth felt a bit weird yesterday, so I haven't fully relaxed into birthday mode yet as I was worrying about getting toothache (it's quite common for me), but I have been taking painkillers and now it seems to have gone away. Also, the round yellow thing has been in the sky and it's such a beautiful day. I should be out walking on a hill somewhere, not in the office.
On the way home I plan to buy a fresh doughnut and might go to Nostalgia and Comics for manga, and then it's cocktails and food. And after that I have two whole days off. I was in the bathroom at 7am this morning thinking 'jesus christ my dressing gown is in a desperate state' (cause I spend so much time in it) and then upstairs there was this big silver wrapped present and it was a new, thick white fluffy Egyptian Cotton LUXURY dressing gown. I plan to spend some quality time in it soon.
Thanks for all my kisses! I should do a proper post about the things I got from you all, because - gah. Overwhelmed. Needless to say it's all stunning and I feel very very lucky. My icon is so appropriate it kills me.

daegaer, I got your parcel! I only had time to paint one thumbnail with the shimmery lilac nailpolish but it looks very nice. I used the gingery wash and it's gorgeous. And manga! And a glamour puss notebook and earrings and little boxes. Eeeee!
It's probably time for a cocktail soon. I think I may have a Vanilla Cherry Sparkler.
