Bad arm update

I went to see the physio this morning and he told me, as expected, that I'd damaged a nerve in my arm. I've decided not to return to work at all this week, even though the pain is lessening. I'd rather take time to get better now than to go back too early and to risk making it worse.

My physio is very attractive in a manly, pink-cheeked sort of way. I had thoughts that were shamefully inappropriate when he kneeled up behind me on the therapy couch, even with my arm contorted in painful directions. I shall surely go to hell.

Taking the time to heal sounds like an excellent decision! I hope the pain goes away very soon, hon.

Your physio comment gave me my first honest LOL of the night *g*. It reminded me of our recent trip to the dental clinic. The girls were assigned the most exquisitely beautiful looking dentist; I had all sorts of troubles keeping my dignity as I watched him treat their teeth. It didn't help that, in order to distract and amuse her, I'd told J that her 'dentist was hot', just before she entered the room. We both got the giggles. She suffered them while his fingers were in her mouth, and I tied myself in knots trying to keep a lid on them. I think I looked like the village grinning idiot as a result.

*giggles* You are a meanie. I bet the sexy dentist gets that a lot though... people staring up in wonderment and wondering if it would be wrong to lick his fingers. you could always blame it on the anaesthetic.

You know... I didn't get my turn in the dentist's chair. I wonder...

Naaah. I'd be assigned someone who looked like Umbridge, for sure.
