louiseluxArm yesterday and today= really bad pain. OWWWW.
Doctor gave me something called Voltarol, which sounds more exciting than it actually is, and a note to stay off work for two weeks. Will go and see physio tomorrow. Have made pretty sling from scarf.
Need to learn to type one-handed. Arse.
But on the bright side I can hold Due South watching marathon in front room and will save on train fares.

Date: 2005-08-14 10:35 pm (UTC)You do know about "sticky keys", do you? They make single fingered typing with punctuation and capitals possible.
There are several other modifications in the accessibility control, in Windows, I'm not sure where they are on a Mac, that helped me a lot.
