In 2005 Dr Daina Taimina decided to knit some maths to work out if it could be represented in three dimensions, and discovered that she'd knitted the forms of coral, thus melding together knitting, maths and marine biology. And I might've bought my mum some 'knit your own coral reef' crochet patterns.
I've been working on bags all day. Delicious coffee drinks are calling me from town, so that's where I'm going now. Then writing.
