I have some foot exercises to do, and I'll carry on running. 13 miles by March. I've got four months till the Reading Half Marathon. That's do-able. Saul says he'll do it with me, but I don't know if that's a good thing or bad. He's a typical runner's shape-very skinny-and I'm not, hence the diet. It's certain that we'll go at very different speeds. I shan't worry about these details though-the amazing thing is that I'm doing it at all.

Gah!

I had a virus on my pc, and now I have to clean my hard drive and reinstall everything, as the virus has somehow upset my operating system. Uh Oh.

I went on a few techincal help message boards for advice about this, never having done it before. What is it about these places? I always end up being mocked by a man named Steve or Dave for my obvious lack of expertise. Tonight it was a man named Steve. Wanker. In future I'll tell them to stick their comments up their scabby backsides!

But apart from that, everything's fine.
