Sep. 10th, 2002 02:44 pmI'm feeling a bit sad and dysfunctional today. I think it's because I read some Sherlock Holmes slash. Not that it was bad, it wasn't, in fact it was one the best pieces of fanfiction I've ever read. Maybe that was it.
All the stories I've ever written, apart from one, have had some time constraints on them in the form of challenge deadlines etc. Maybe that accounts for why I feel a curious lack of involvement with them. It's like I write them too quickly. Of course, this is very pertinent right now, because I am trying to finish my SSFF stories, and have a sneaking suspicion that they won't get done in time. In fact, I know one of them won't. I want to take more time with it.
