Saw some baby goats yesterday, they were so young all their white fur was still completely clean. Gemma drove us into the countryside and it was wonderful to be out of the town. I felt so happy to be pratting aound in the warm sunshine. We went to The Bell for lunch, but it was so busy that people were queing into the street to get in, and the garden was packed out anyway. So we went to the animal sanctuary.

Went running last night and ran two miles without stopping.
