Blackwells hates me

Damn.

My Blackwells experience today was even worse than usual. I'm feel like I can never go back. Not only did I have to go back to the till twice, and  get told off for not telling them I'd already picked up Saiyuki 5 (I did tell them last week when I bought it but just got a blank look!), but we managed to knock over a display of really heavy books, and the really heavy books fell onto their Christmas tree, crushing it and sending silver baubles and boxed figurines all over the floor.

It was so bad it was funny. Sort of.

Icon= exactly how I felt in the bookshop today :(

Nothing was broken, thank god, because having to hang around negotiating to pay for damaged goods would have just about broken my will to live, or to ever to go Blackwells again, which would be bad because they're handy for my manga fixes.

Never been to a Blackwells. Um, obviously. Perhaps you'll have to show me one in March? I'll try my best to be a bumbling tourist, that way you won't feel as if all eyes are on you ;)
