The end of a very long day. I bought my first vacuum cleaner today - a monumental step in anyone's life, I trust you'll agree. We got al the other odd things we will need - from cake tins to spatulas to lampshades, a seemingly unending stream of stuff. The Sue Ryder bargain sale this morning was wonderful: everything second hand and cheap. More thrashing of brambles tomorrow and a bonfire. On the way home, Matthew said he hated my computer, he said he felt like a slash widow. I told him that that was too bad, but secretly I felt a bit guilty.

I have found more people to send the Kirk/Spock deathbed fisting story too, and this time I think they actuslly may enjoy it. MS was a little nonplussed by it, but pleased I sent it him all the same.
