Well, fuck.  You could all just come over to Britain. The weather's shit but the food's getting better. We don't have a written constitution but we do have a sort of ingrained cynicism  that seems to work just as well, if not better: if someone gets too rich or successful or powerful we get filled with loathing and tell them to fuck off  (although, case against this argument so far: Anthony Blair).

Oh yeah. My dad said that basically, in two years, everyone's going to be gearing up for the next candidate, Hilary'll be in place, and Bush will be sent overseas a lot to stay out of the way of the policy makers and people in the party who actually run the country, and since he doesn't know where overseas *is*... Plus I've never heard anyone say that they like Cheney. Fingers crossed.
