I don't know whether to go to work or not. I feel slightly better. But not great. My Protestant work ethic is hiding under a rock where it belongs.  Also, it's wet, dark and cold. Will have Lemsip and see what happens

Don't go. Rest up. I guarantee any feelings of guilt will be gone by 9.30.

I agree with the first poster, better to stay home until you're really much better, you might relapse if not!

Stay home! You might get sicker, and have to miss even more work eventually.

So, what have you decided then? :-) I really hope the inappropriate work ethic has taken a break in favour of health and comfort...
