con and ow
Oct. 4th, 2004 10:03 amOw, my throat hurts. Ow owwww. It's either tonsilitis or a throat infection, but one side is all red and swollen. Am off to doctor's to get it poked at.
I loved
connotations, and have succumbed to
daegaer's MASSIVE Weiss Kreuz pimpage. Well, okay, I suggested watching one episode and then four hours and several missed panels later we were emerging from the TV room blurry eyed and I was seriously craving Aya/Crawford. I stayed up late last night and just had to watch about 5 more episodes. Will do a proper con report later, when things (ie, me) are less blurry.

Date: 2004-10-04 08:13 am (UTC)The con was indeed great fun - it seems to be pretty much a fixture by now - you should try and make it next year:)

Yay, Aya/Crawford! Sort of tricky to make work, but could be done, I'm thinking. I can see Aya appealing to Crawford because he's so driven and obsessive... er, and hot. Not entirely sure yet what it is that Aya would like about Crawford, apart from the fabulous suits.

Date: 2004-10-04 10:01 am (UTC)Well, since I know this one year in advance, it should be possible to make arrangements, don't you think :P Keep me posted?

Date: 2004-10-04 12:53 pm (UTC)Daegaer told me that they look a bit different in this one, so I was prepared for it, but it's still a bit disappointing though - their faces seem to be less characterful.
ps, will indeed keep you posted. the comm,

That's not Nagi, nor is Kyo Ken. They'll all be present... later. I had the same problem at first, with Todou, the Nagi clone :P
And will join the community, slash con, would be so much fun :D

Date: 2004-10-04 03:57 pm (UTC)Oh! Is "Todo" really "Tod", do you think? Like "Toto" is actually "Tot"? How many characters called "dead" can the series have?!

Date: 2004-10-05 03:03 am (UTC)Hell (bright) - the glasses-wearing leader who seems to have gone to university with Masafumi
Schön (beautiful) - the blonde ex-model
Neu (new) - the silent Asuka look-alike
Tot (dead) - the bright-blue haired girl Nagi likes
Tod means "death" and is a noun - all of Schreient seem to have adjectives for names. I don't know if that's meant to be significant, as Schuldig ("guilty") also has an adjective for a name.
