know what's funny? space_angels is light blue in Opera and neon green in Internet Explorer :> (the rest are - surprisingly - the same).

I tried Opera once, it confused me. Is it better than IE?

it's a lot better!
- it has tabbed browsing - you can open anything in a new tab instead of an annoying new window, you can make it load in the background while you keep reading the current page;
- it has pop-up blocker
- it is faster
- it has less security flaws than IE
- it can be set to remember the last session and all the open windows - even if the OS crashes;
- it has mouse gestures! :-) now I never hit back or forward anymore, since I can just drag with the mouse.

but at first it was the tabbed browsing and the speed that convinced me.

of course it's not perfect, and it might crash sometimes, especially with bad flash sites, but considering that sometimes IE crashes for no apparent reason...
and they improve it continuously, while M*crosoft has announced they are no longer improving IE 6.
