It only takes one person to nominate you for a Nobel Peace Prize. Someone was pretty much bound to nominate Bush and/or Blair.
They have some pretty weird people nominated: the ex-governor of Illinois, George Ryan (http://www.stopcapitalpunishment.org/pressreleases.html) got nominated for his work against the death penalty, despite being a little on the corrupt (http://www.ucimc.org/newswire/display/14703/index.php) side.
Question is, what are their chances of winning? Are they as good as Henry Kissinger's?
