It only takes one person to nominate you for a Nobel Peace Prize. Someone was pretty much bound to nominate Bush and/or Blair.

They have some pretty weird people nominated: the ex-governor of Illinois, George Ryan (http://www.stopcapitalpunishment.org/pressreleases.html) got nominated for his work against the death penalty, despite being a little on the corrupt (http://www.ucimc.org/newswire/display/14703/index.php) side.

Question is, what are their chances of winning? Are they as good as Henry Kissinger's?

I'd think that for someone to be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, that person would have to have promoted PEACE--not a world in pieces.
