I'm so excited! Rafa and Roger are going to play each other in about an hour for the first time in a whole YEAR.

Actually, I can't believe a whole year has gone by since that match in Madrid, where they picked glitter from each other's hair at the end. Looking back, it seems to have gone at lightspeed.

But omg yay! Actual Fedal tennis again. I'm almost sweaty palms levels of excited but I don't even care who wins, not really, as long as there are hugs and kisses at the end they play a good match.

you'll be excited to hear it's also a mini ashes in the world 20-20 final (it's the cricket!) happening right now on 5 live in my living room. probably almost as excited as i am. :/

I saw about the cricket! It is true, I'm not experiencing the same levels fervour and nervous tension at the thought of the cricket, for some reason. Could some of them perhaps wear more exclusive gold items and have better hair? That might help.

Pity it ended the way it did with several errors, but generally a decent match.

I swear, though, it's like there's an escalating conspiracy between Rafa and his sponsors to put him in the ugliest clothes they can find. Maybe it's deliberate to make a contrast with Roger!
