Recently I was thinking how much I want fic with Banri and Hakkai being all tense and passive-aggressive and possessive of Gojyo, and Gojyo knowing something weird is going on, but not really getting it. But then I remembered that's not fic, that's canon. XD

Really, though, I do want more Banri fic. I have a half-formed fic idea in my brain about the ikkou meeting up with Banri while on their journey. Whether he's affected by the minus wave or not, it would make for some juicy angst and Gojyo/Banri and Gojyo/Hakkai moments. Oh yes it would.

Mmmm, nice bunny. It wouldn't surprise me if Banri really did turn up again in the manga-- if I only because there's the sense that his story isn't finished and perhaps that's from the way he disappeared, and Gojyo never being able to settle the score with him. Nor has Hakkai. Shit, I bet Hakkai would scare him good.

The Burial arc is the moat gorgeous thing. I don't think I've ever got over how pretty Sanzo is as a fucked up teenager. And Ukoku. Guh.
