Jul. 19th, 2002 02:34 pmMore social activity this weekend: the pregnant friends, and Jeanne and Minna are coming round tonight for dins. I'm making my mothers recipe for 'pigs in blankets', vegetarian style. Fake sausage meat, wrapped in spinach and baked in a tomato sauce. Pigs in lightweight summer sheeting, really. For pudding is fresh pineapple and ice-cream.
Tomorrrow night I am going with M to his works barbeque (aiieee!). I bought some new trousers to wear (dotty perkins size 16 petite). They are dark shimmery flares. I'll wear them with my bargain Muji top-a sort of drapey, clingy black cotton, with too long sleeves and a high neck. I'll wear black flip-flops and a silver toe ring. Perfume will be either Roger & Gallet Extra Veille Eau de Cologne, or Issy Miyake.
