Exercise

I think I might include my swimming in the Eowyn Challenge, just because I can.

30 mins, 0.5 miles, total: 29 miles. They stop to rest, eat and rest more.

I don't seem to have lost any weight particularly,which is annoying, but I have more stamina than I did about a month ago. I gardened for about four hours yesterday, and I haven't done that for about a year.

never, ever measure in terms of weight. I still weigh basically what I did back when I was a size 14/16, which is approx ten stone +/- a few pounds. Considering I am now a size 10/12, we can assume something's been lost. Chuck out the scales and invest in measuring tape and the jiggle test. (the jiggle test being the 'how much does your flesh jiggle when you bounce' factor. The less your flesh jiggles, the more toned you are.)

Oh, that's quite inspiring! :D I like your method far more than mine - scales are deeply depessing things.
