I think I might include my swimming in the Eowyn Challenge, just because I can.
30 mins, 0.5 miles, total: 29 miles. They stop to rest, eat and rest more.
I don't seem to have lost any weight particularly,which is annoying, but I have more stamina than I did about a month ago. I gardened for about four hours yesterday, and I haven't done that for about a year.

I always measure my weight by my pants, when they start getting tight (and vice versa), I know I need to watch out.
Swimming sounds good. I'd never do that because I'm a lousy swimmer, unless I'm allowed to dive along under the water. ;P

I took up martial arts 2 years ago, and running around after a hyper 5 year old boy and 8 year old girl, and dropped from UK size 16 to 12 (butt still is huge though ^__^ so 14's for trousers still though I have to take in the waist) Scales say I'm more or less the same weight. *sniff*
Go you, I bet you'll be svelte and toned in no time at all.
