Holy crap, Angel season three! What, are you trying to give me a heart attack? I have two more episodes to go and some of them have just been--  well, let's just say I've had to prise my fingers from out of the coffee table and all the cushions have been chewed.  And oh my GOD Wesley's Journey of Pain! I want to take him and put him a box under the stairs to keep him safe.
*sobs*

In between chewing the upholstery, I've been listening to the original HHGTTG radio show on CD. It's a beautiful, lovely thing and how did Adams manage to come up with so many good jokes, every week. It counteracts the Angel angst perfectly.

I love Angel 3 to bits. Wesley is just... *thud* with the pain.

And HHGTTG also! They used to broadcast it on Univeristy Radio when I was a wee undergrad. Happy memories. :)

Cordelia has become such a great character and I'm glad she's got the Gruusalugg (sp?). But I get the definite feeling it won't end well.

I have such mixed feelings about season 3. I loathe certain parts of it, but other parts are my favorite episodes of Angel, ever. Forgiving still stands as one of my favorite episodes of the whole damn series. I actually screamed the first time I saw the end of the episode. *shivers* So much angst!

Forgiving made me scream too! The ending is just so *horrifying*. And then when Fred came to him and stuck the metaphorical knife in a bit more-- that was even more painful, because Wesley had been completely abandoned. I don't know how he can redeem himself.

Mmmm. Angel. Can't wait to see what you think of season four. I was luke warm to it until the last... three episodes, in which it quickly became some of the best TV of all time to me.

Oh yes. It's a thing of beauty forever! Especially with his crumpled face and whispering speech from the cut throat. How can he ever come back from this, I wonder? I'm really really hoping he doesn't have to die to redeem himself.

Have you heard the later series of HHGTG? I've never seen it packaged with the original one so perhaps not.
