BNP women, uuugh. Depressing stuff. Sociopathic loner detectives are far far better! I hope you enjoy the bits you missed - I was totaly not expecting it to be much good but I am so happy to be proved wrong. By the end I was all 'OMG adorable! And messed up!'

I have seen up to the OMG Behind Youuuuuuu reveal, and then the TV turned itself off and everyone who knew how to get iPlayer back on it was asleep, argh.

I like this even better than the RDJ film version- mostly because I really enjoyed the two actors, I think they have some chemistry, and the dialogue was actually pretty decent and funny.

It was very enjoyable. I really loved the vibe between Holmes and Watson - they are clearly both quite messed up people. Love it!

Yeah, loved it. LOVED. Thought the whodunnit was depressingly easy, such that it damaged the illusion of his brilliance when I got it immediately, but other than that I am hooked.

Ha! I did also generally LOVE! Holmes did seem a bit slow during that whole 'oh, it's a cabbie!' slo mo realisation scene - it was a bit obvious. Maybe the nicorette patches were impairing him after all.

Benedict Cumberpatch is my new tv boyfriend. I've never seen him in anything else but I thought he was pretty awesome as Holmes.
