Yaoi Challenge and mail squee

So, I have been trying guess the writers in the yaoi_challenge reversathon, before they are revealed in a few hours. I had a stab at three people, but it's so hard to separate out writing styles. And what are the components that go to make up a writing style anyway? I have been mostly trying to spot specific takes on characterisation, complexity of language, usage of things like description and dialogue. Although a lot of the time it's more useful to just go on an overall sense of the style, a bit like blurring your eyes to see a picture from the dots.

I am srsly behind on my mail squee. I feel so spoiled because you have sent me some truly lovely cards and presents:

fleurrochard - consider your confetti revenge successful. It has made its way all over the house! The card was gorgeous too.

daegaer - that story was ao adorable, and I have manfully held mysefl back from opening the parcels, but the bag is fabulous! I am going to swan about with it a lot, I can tell. And with the specially attached purse, which makes me less likely to be a doofus and lose my wallet every two minutes!

I have got three little pink wrapped parcels from toscas_kiss - with another beautiful card! Thank you so much. And then vom_marlowe's card arrived, which is very very attractive (Hakkai and Gojyo and smooching - mmm).

I'm terrible at guessing writing styles. I think I got at least one right, since I kind of recognize that author's way of writing smut. XD But I'm stymied by the rest! Arg.

I only 'officially' guessed one right (yours, in fact!), but I had three or four other hunches that proved to be correct. I can't believe that some people got 13 right, either! Wow.
