The mini frogs seem to spend most of their time throwing themselves down the steps to our back door and getting stuck there, and there are apparently hundreds of them. I didn't know frogs would be this much hard work.
Awwww... he's peeking out from in between your fingers. That's so cute! Although he's probably just waiting for you to move one inch so he can dive-bomb down the steps again. *snicker*
Those are, in fact babies. They are Pacific Tree Frogs and they get about 1 1/2 to 2 inches long when full grown. I should know, I have one in a tank on my desk. I got her when she was about that size.

Those are wonderful photographs. I hope the froglets stop diving down your steps soon - I'm imagining a mini-sea of froglets. It's a plague of frogs!
