My absolute favourite thing about Christmas. The picture is a bit dark and shaky, but you get the general idea. We had to cut the top few inches off because it was touching the ceiling and bending.



I have finally uploaded the Yuletide fic after an upload saga involving the site hacking, the upload problems and my own stupid mistakes when tinkering with it but am scared to look at it now in case I see some glaring error I previously missed. Fuck it. The first and last lines don't have any spelling mistakes and by now that's all I'm prepared to care about.

The Reload Kamisama arc is entirely wonderful (ep 19 is improved because the artist made them all look especially pretty in that one) and really brings out the Hakkai/Gojyo subtext, especially Gojyo's quiet little 'sorry' to Hakkai just before he leaves - it's obviously intended just for his ears and is his way of saying goodbye. *wibble*

I know! Goku is so fantastic - I love the way we get to see him grow up. He definitely does change throughout the series.

You must see it soon! It's so fantastically suggestive, both for Hakkai/Gojyo and Gojyo/Sanzo-- it brings Minekura's subtext out very nicely. I can send you all of Reload on CD if you like.

There's a decent amount of Hakkai/Sanzo in the manga, too-- when they start fighting it's just like a married couple gone sour. Did they do the gourd thing?

Wah! Yes, I loved that whole bit when they turn up to rescue him, and Hakkai says 'we never said you could have him.' Hakkai totally owns Gojyo.
